To minimize network latency, you deploy a Microsoft-managed virtual hub in close proximity to each office/datacenter (resulting in three virtual hubs). To allow these hubs to communicate with each other and route traffic across the Microsoft backbone network, all three hubs must belong to a single, unified Virtual WAN. Hubs belonging to different Virtual WANs are isolated and cannot communicate directly with one another.
