2. **Move from RG2 to RG1:** RG2 has a group-level Delete lock. Azure Resource Manager implements a resource move as a creation in the destination followed by a deletion from the source. Because of this, a Delete lock on the source resource group (RG2) prevents deleting (and thus moving) any resources out of it. Thus, no resources can be moved from RG2 to RG1, resulting in **None** as the correct answer.
