Azure Bastion has strict configuration requirements when deploying inside a Virtual Network (VNet). 
1. The subnet dedicated to Azure Bastion must be named precisely **`AzureBastionSubnet`**. Any other name will prevent Bastion from deploying.
2. The subnet must be configured with a prefix size of at least **/26** (which provides 64 IP addresses) for all modern deployments (after November 2021) to support host scaling and feature additions. (Older deployments permitted a minimum of **/27**, which may still appear as the correct option in legacy versions of the question, but **/26** is the modern standard and correct answer for updated questions).
